Validity of the modified back-saver sit-and-reach test: a comparison with other protocols

The modified back-saver sit-and-reach (MBS) test demonstrates high reliability and improved criterion-related validity for assessing hamstring and low-back flexibility, particularly in men. It is also perceived as the most comfortable test compared to other protocols.
