[Intracranial complications of otogenic origin. A report of three cases]

Abstract:
Otogenic intracranial complications are uncommon. Meningitis is the most frequent complication, followed by cerebral abscess. The mortality due to these complications is high despite diagnostic and therapeutic advances. We report three cases of endocranial complications of otitis that were diagnosed and treated in our department. The literature is reviewed.
