[Imaging of cervical masses]

Abstract:
Imaging plays an essential role in the management of neck disease. It can identify true disease versus pseudomasses, and it allows to differentiate between lymph node metastases and other cervical masses. MR imaging and/or CT can show the exact location and extent of a lesion, and can help to anticipate its nature.
