Microsurgical epididymal sperm aspiration (MESA) and percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration (PESA) offer effective options for treating obstructive azoospermia with assisted reproductive technology (ART). MESA demonstrated higher sperm retrieval rates, while PESA provides a convenient outpatient procedure.
