- Post-intervention, NPH patients' compliance approached that of the ischemia/atrophy group.

- Vascular compliance significantly differs between healthy subjects, patients with ischemia/atrophy, and NPH patients.
- Findings suggest altered venous compliance is a key factor in the pathophysiology of NPH and cerebral ischemia.
