Abstract:
The aim of the Marycrest Strength Training Group was to provide the frail elderly residents of the Marycrest Retirement Centre, Kangaroo Point, Queensland, with the opportunity to improve their muscle strength and functional abilities by participating in a supervised, safe and enjoyable group activity.
