Abstract:
Nasal and sinusal disorders are observed at the onset or during the evolution of systemic diseases especially during Wegener's granulomatosis and sarcoïdosis. Crusting rhinitis and chronic sinusitis are the most frequent manifestations. In front of these manifestations, the lack of predisposition and/or the resistance to treatment should suggest a systemic disease and may lead to an early diagnosis and appropriate treatment strategy.
