FDG imaging of a pulmonary artery sarcoma

Positron emission tomography using fluorine-18-2-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose aided in diagnosing a right hilar mass. This led to a right pneumonectomy, revealing a pulmonary artery sarcoma.
