Durkan gauge and carpal compression test: accuracy and diagnostic test properties

The Durkan CTS gauge accurately measures pressure, but the carpal compression test (CCT) using this gauge is not a reliable diagnostic tool for carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). Further research is needed for accurate CTS diagnosis.
