Computed tomographic (CT) findings in nonspecific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP) show significant variability. This study found a wide range of CT presentations, challenging previous descriptions and aiding differential diagnosis in chronic lung diseases.

  • Accurate diagnosis of NSIP is crucial for appropriate patient management.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To detail the computed tomographic (CT) features observed in patients diagnosed with nonspecific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP).
  • To contrast these CT findings with those of other chronic infiltrative lung diseases.
  • To evaluate the consistency of CT findings with prior NSIP descriptions.
