Summary

High-fluoride toothpaste (5,000 ppm) significantly improved the remineralization of primary root caries lesions (PRCLs) compared to standard fluoride toothpaste (1,100 ppm). This high-fluoride intervention also reduced plaque levels and advanced lesion margins.
