    • To report a case of arterioureteral fistula after total pelvic exenteration.
    • To describe the management and outcome of this rare complication.

    Main Methods:

    • Surgical intervention for a patient with arterioureteral fistula.
    • Closure of the iliac artery rent.
    • Creation of a cutaneous ureterostomy.

    Main Results:

    • The patient presented with near exsanguination and shock due to the fistula.
    • Successful surgical repair of the arterioureteral fistula was achieved.
    • The patient recovered following the intervention.

    Conclusions:

    • Arterioureteral fistula is a life-threatening complication requiring prompt surgical management.
    • Surgical repair and ureterostomy can be effective in managing this condition.
