Abstract:
The collaboration between two associations has allowed the creation of quality standards specific to nursing homes. During the year 1999, AVDEMS (Association of nursing homes of the Canton of Vaud) and APEQ (Agency for the Promotion and Evaluation of Quality in Health care) have put their competence in common to achieve this result. The following texts describe their respective reflexions and expectations in the field of quality.
