Background:

Paraphimosis occurs when a constricted foreskin is trapped behind the glans penis.
While common causes are understood, rare etiologies continue to be documented.

Observation:

Two distinct cases of paraphimosis were observed.
Both cases were associated with participation in 'wining', a dance form originating from Trinidad & Tobago.

Findings:

This report presents 'wining' as a novel, previously undocumented cause of paraphimosis.
The mechanism likely involves prolonged foreskin retraction during the dance.

Implications:

Highlights the importance of considering diverse activities in paraphimosis etiology.
Suggests awareness among healthcare providers regarding potential activity-related penile emergencies.
Contributes to the understanding of paraphimosis in diverse cultural contexts.
