Double-layer needle cannula for percutaneous artery or vein catheterization in patients requiring hemodialysis

In this paper the structure and use of the double cannula needle, designed to simplify percutaneous catheterization in hemodialysis, is introduced. The cannula needle is used mainly in cases with acute renal failure, and sometimes in cases of chronic renal insufficiency requiring weekly maintenance of hemodialysis.
