[Coupling model of the substrate premeabling through the cytoplasmic membrane and Monod kinetics]

Based on the analysis of the substrate permeabling through the cytoplasmic membrane, the corresponding simple transport models are proposed. By coupling of the model with the Monod kinetics, it was discovered that form of Monod kinetics doesn't change, but the kinetics parameter affected by the transport processes. This result is fit well with the literature conclusion and experimental data.
