Abstract:
Teeth that have lost a good portion of alveolar support can be stabilized and maintained by the use of endodontic endosseous implants. Two hopeless cases were restored to function with ceramic-coated, custom-fabricated chrome-cobalt implants. The technique for fabrication is described.
