Summary

Thulium-169 diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (TmDOTP(5-)) effectively acts as an in vivo sodium-23 NMR shift reagent and extracellular space marker in 9L gliosarcoma tumors. It shows homogeneous distribution and does not impact tumor bioenergetics.
