A micro method for direct determination of ionic fluoride in body fluids with the hanging drop fluoride electrode

A simple method for direct determination of ionic fluoride in 5 mul samples of body fluids with the hanging drop fluoride electrode, using sodium acetate buffer (pH 4.8) is described. The hanging drop electrode should prove useful in experimental investigations employing small laboratory animals and in clinical laboratories.
