To assess the educational needs and interests of West Virginia pharmacists.
To evaluate preferences for continuing education (CE), certificate programs (CP), and nontraditional PharmD programs (NTP).

A cross-sectional survey was distributed to 2800 West Virginia University School of Pharmacy alumni and licensed pharmacists.
