[Epley's reposition maneuver in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo]

We performed a prospective study over 19 patients to evaluate the efficacy of the Epley's particle repositioning maneuver for treatment of the benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), 78.9% were cured through this procedure, so we find this method as very useful for improving the BPPV.
