Tuberculous abdominal lymphadenopathy causing reversible renovascular hypertension

A rare cause of renovascular hypertension was identified in a young male: abdominal lymphadenopathy due to tuberculosis. Treatment with antitubercular medication successfully controlled both the infection and the high blood pressure.
