    • Retrospective review of 86 patients undergoing ureteroileosigmoidostomy over twenty years.
    • Analysis of survival data, complication rates, and subsequent surgeries.
    • Radiological assessment for ureteral reflux using diatrizoate meglumine enema.

    • Twenty-seven percent of patients survived longer than five years.
    • Severe complications were reported in 25 cases, with 11% requiring reoperation.
