Summary
Aneurysmal bone cysts in the C-6 vertebra can cause arm weakness. Complete resection, laminoplasty, and fusion without instrumentation offer a successful two-stage treatment for young patients.

- Complete resection of the C-6 lesion, followed by laminoplasty and anterior fusion without instrumentation, yielded satisfactory results.
Implications:
- A two-stage surgical approach with fusion but without instrumentation is a viable and effective treatment for C-6 aneurysmal bone cysts in young individuals.
- This approach may help preserve spinal stability and function in pediatric and young adult patients.
