Treating hypertension with a device that slows and regularises breathing: a randomised, double-blind controlled

A new breathing device effectively lowers high blood pressure (BP) through non-pharmacological means. This study demonstrates that modulating breathing patterns significantly reduces hypertension, offering a promising alternative treatment.
