Summary

A novel adenoviral vector, AdCTLA-4ex-TAG, was developed to restrict immunosuppression to the liver graft. This vector effectively abrogated alloimmune responses in vitro and controlled extrahepatic tumor growth, suggesting localized immunosuppression for transplant therapy.
