[The moment of death]

With the development of medical science, especially the advances made in the transplantation of human tissues and organs, members of the medical and legal professions are taking a renewed interest in the diagnosis of the exact moment of death. The object of this symposium is to combine the views and suggestions of the medical, legal and other professions in an attempt to form a medico-legal definition of the moment of death.
