Home testing kit controversy

The National Association of People with AIDS and other AIDS organizations have asked the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to postpone action on the Johnson and Johnson (J & J) home HIV test, Confide, pending an investigation of charges that J & J illegally promoted the test while it was still an unapproved medical product.
