Abstract:
Gastrointestinal bleeding in Turner's syndrome can represent vascular lesions that are frequently beyond standard endoscopic reach and often life threatening. This report describes the successful use of intraoperative endoscopy to identify the souce of bleeding in an adolescent with Turner's syndrome and significant intestinal hemorrhage.
