Abstract:

A morphinandienone alkaloid was isolated from the stems of Fissistigma oldhamii (Hemsl.) Merr. Its structure was identified on the basis of UV, MS, IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, DEPT and 13C-1H COSY data as N-methyl-2,3,6-trimethoxyg morphinandien-7-one.
