Erectile dysfunction and lower androgenicity in type 1 diabetic patients

- Logistic regression identified lower Delta(4), DHEA-S, and higher sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) and insulin dose as independent predictors of ED.

- ED is significantly associated with clinical factors such as age, diabetes duration, and chronic complications.
