Abstract:
Isolation of the left innominate artery is a rare anomaly associated with a right aortic arch. Presented here is a case of a 3-day-old infant with an isolated innominate artery along with d-transposition of the great arteries, and a ductal-dependent circulation. These two lesions have not previously been reported together. (ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY, Volume 13, July 1996)
