Summary

Sublingual immunotherapy using cat allergen extract (Fel d I) effectively treated allergic rhinitis and asthma in Canary Islands patients within one year. While IgE and skin tests showed no change, increased IgG4 correlated with symptom improvement, indicating good tolerance.
