Abstract:
As a result of electron microscope observation of olfactory mucosa in the white rat, variability of structure of the supporting cells was established. Among these cells secretory ones and those rich in endoplasmic reticulum were discovered. The differences revealed in dendrites and rods of olfactory cells seem to be associated with functional condition of these cells.
