Summary

Differentiating pyogenic spondylodiskitis (PS) from tuberculous spondylodiskitis (TS) requires careful evaluation. Tuberculous spondylodiskitis often presents with longer diagnostic delays, paravertebral abscesses, and neurologic complications compared to pyogenic spondylodiskitis.
