  • To evaluate the efficacy of proposed treatment strategies for EPS.

  • Diagnosis of EPS based on clinical presentation (fever, elevated CRP, ascites, ileus).
  • Staged treatment initiation: steroid therapy (methylprednisolone pulse) for inflammatory stage.
