The Informant Questionnaire on Cognitive Decline in the Elderly (IQCODE) effectively screens for dementia in Thai elders with low education. A short IQCODE form using key questions shows high sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing cognitive impairment.

Purpose of the Study:
