Summary

10-hydroxycamptothecin (HCPT) demonstrated potent antiangiogenic and cytotoxic effects by inhibiting endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and tube formation. This compound also induced apoptosis in human microvascular endothelial cells, warranting further investigation as a potential anti-cancer drug.
