Abstract
Objective:
We investigated the treatment of lymphedema by using lymph node flap.
Methods:
Upper limbs' lymphedema model in 14 rabbits were divided into two groups. They were treated with lymph node flap transplantation and general flap transplantation.
Results:
Lymph node transplantation can reduce lymphedema and general flap transplantation can not significantly reduce lymphedema.
Conclusion:
Lymph node flap can be used to treat extremity's lymphedema.
