[Effect of scald processing on the content of recibufogenin in Pellis sicci Bufonis]

Abstract
Objective:
To investigate the effect of scald processing on the content of recibufogenin in Pellis Sicci Bufonis.
Method:
Samples were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.
Result:
The content of recibufogenin in the scald processed product was 25.7% higher than that in the unprocessed one. The average recovery was 98.34% and RSD 1.28%.
Conclusion:
The results indicate that the content of recibufogenin in scald processed Pellis Sicci Bufonis is higher than that in the unprocessed drug.
