Free L-tryptophan plasma levels in antisocial violent offenders

Violent offenders exhibit significantly higher free L-tryptophan plasma levels, suggesting a disruption in tryptophan metabolism. This finding offers new insights into the neurobiology of impulsive violent behavior.
