[Classification of gallbladder cancer according to the TNM system]

Based on their personal experience (27 observations) and study of the literature data the authors give their considerations of the classification of the gallbladder cancer according to the TNM system. Twenty six patients were operated upon. In five cases hepatic resection together with the removal of the gallbladder was performed. One of these patients survived for over 6 years, 2 - over 1 year, two patients died during the first postoperative year.
