[Current approaches to the problem of dyspepsia]

The article deals with the questions of terminology and clinical diagnosis of functional dyspepsia. Consideration is given to the scientific basis of modern classification of this disease. The primary focus is on conditions for the diagnosis of chronic gastritis being made possible.
