Naevus anaemicus with teleangiectatic vessels

Naevus anaemicus, a pale skin condition, revealed enlarged, dark-red vessels upon epidermal removal, differing from normal skin. This vascular twin spotting phenomenon, observed with port-wine stains, persisted after skin grafting.
