Lidocaine: a neglected anticonvulsant?

    • Prompt consideration of lidocaine could improve outcomes in patients with seizure emergencies secondary to intracranial lesions.
    • This case underscores the importance of considering alternative pharmacotherapies in complex neurological presentations.
