Under examination were the levels of serum immunoglobulins G, A, M, and D in 25 patients with lymphogranulomatosis and in 22 patients with nonlymphogranulomatous malignant lymphomas. A reliable increase in IgG concentration was found in both groups, but it was more pronounced in cases with malignant lymphomas. The IgA and IgD level also tends to rise but somewhat more sharply in malignant lymphomas. The level of IgM in lymphogranulomatosis patients was not significantly changed, while in nonlymphogranulomatous malignant lymphomas it was raised a little.
