Summary

Fiber posts stored in water showed reduced flexural strength. However, when stored in bovine teeth, fiber posts maintained their strength, indicating protection from oral fluids by root canal and composite fillings.

  • Five types of fiber posts (Composipost, Aestheti-Plus, Carbotech, Light post, Snowpost) were tested.
