Selection of genetically modified chicken blastodermal cells by magnetic-activated cell sorting

Magnetic-activated cell sorting (MACS) enriches genetically modified chicken blastodermal cells (CBC). This method improves the efficiency of producing transgenic chickens by increasing the proportion of modified CBC for embryo manipulation.
