Background:

  • Primary hepatic cancer (PHC) diagnosis requires advanced imaging techniques.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To introduce and evaluate computed tomography via percutaneous splenoportography (CTSP) as a novel method for diagnosing hepatic diseases, specifically PHC.
  • To compare the efficacy of CTSP with CTAP and conventional CT in enhancing liver density and detecting liver lesions.
