Summary

Freeze-drying and storing Imperata cylindrica (Ic) pollen at -70°C (IcA) yields more potent allergen extracts than room temperature drying and 4°C storage (IcB). IcA extracts contain more major and minor allergens for improved allergy diagnosis.
